Real estate management professional Jacqueline Parthe has over 20 years of experience in the field. She is currently a Property Director for Sales and Marketing at Creekstone Management. Creekstone Management is a division of Creekstone Companies, a nationwide leader in property development, investment, and management. Creekstone Management is responsible for the high-quality management and marketing of properties in 13 states. As a member of the Creekstone Management team, Jacqueline Parthe oversees The Crossing at Barry Road, an apartment community in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jacqueline Parthe has held her position with The Crossing at Barry Road since July 2005. During that time, she has selected, hired, trained, and motivated an award-winning team of property management associates. She has devised and implemented a corporate housing program to generate stable income and has developed targeted marketing campaigns. Many of Parthe’s campaigns focus on the exceptional amenities offered to residents of The Crossing at Barry Road. The community offers two resort-style pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a Starbucks café, and a multifunctional clubhouse where residents can take cooking classes or even music lessons.

Jacqueline Parthe has received numerous recognitions for her work at The Crossing at Barry Road. She was named Apartment Manager of the Year for three years in a row, from 2007 to 2009, and she received the 2008 award for Best Marketing Plan for her branding, "Get fit at The Crossing."

The Crossing is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Residents often jog around the community, play at the tennis courts, and visit the off-leash dog park. People frequent the pools and luxury club house area. There is an amazing sense of community, and people enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills through cooking classes and workshops hosted at the community club house. The Crossing is home to national celebrities, professional athletes, and some high-ranking United States Military professionals.

Parthe signed up The Crossing as the hosting partner for the KC Command Arena Football team. The players and owners were so happy with the outstanding service and community that they signed up again for 2012. The community was featured in their recruiting video for the 2012 season, which can be found on YouTube.

Prior to joining Creekstone Management, Parthe spent 10 years as a property manager for Kelly Enterprise LLC. At Kelly, Parthe managed the construction and leasing of a new 400-unit community in Springfield. The occupancy remained at 100% with a waiting list, and the complex was voted "Best in the Ozarks" five years in a row.

Outside of her busy professional career, Jacqueline Parthe is committed to animal welfare. She has been a volunteer with the Northland Animal Welfare Society since 2007. Parthe is a graduate of the University of Kansas. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, fly-fishing, and scouting for antiques.
